What does HEALTH mean to you?

Is health more than just the food we eat and exercise?

As I age, I increasingly understand that health is complex and involves more than just physical elements like diet and workouts. It also includes mental, emotional, and social well-being. Our well-being is a delicate equilibrium of different factors that impact our overall health.

Therefore, I always remind myself that nurturing my mind and heart is as crucial as caring for my body and diet. When all these aspects align, health truly becomes meaningful.
