3 IMPORTANT STEPS TO CONSIDER BEFORE EMBARKING ON A PLANT -BASED LIFESTYLE.



Experience serves as a valuable teacher, offering lessons whether delivered harshly or gently. Transitioning to a plant-based lifestyle has been a significant journey for me, marked by various challenges and rewards.

Culturally, there is limited support for plant-based diets, they may not be readily available socially, and there can be misconceptions about them emotionally.

From my own experiences, I have gleaned three essential steps to guide those considering a plant-based journey:

1) Have a clear understanding of your motivation for embarking on this journey. Knowing your “why” can make the path smoother.

2)Determine whether you prefer diving in headfirst or gradually easing into new endeavors. Once you decide on your approach, you can plan accordingly.

3)Assess whether you have the support of your loved ones for this journey. Having their backing can make the transition easier, but if not, seek support beyond your immediate circle.

By addressing these three steps, you can set realistic expectations and make your plant-based journey ahead more manageable and enjoyable.
