The doctor has already repetitively told you multiple times to manage your high LDL cholesterol (bad cholesterol)

You have heard the usual important advice: Manage what you eat, your movement, your stress levels etc. You can actually sing this out and yet there has been no significant difference in your cholesterol levels.

👉🏿 What are your daily eating habits? Every bite of food matters. How do you prepare your meals? What oils do you use? What are your go-to snacks? Have you documented this in a food journal?
👉🏿 Identify the stressors in your life. How do you recognize and respond to these triggers? What steps are you taking to manage what’s in your control? Have you acknowledged what’s beyond your control? etc

With numerous factors to manage and measure, claiming you’ve done everything possible to lower your numbers may be misleading.
