These are 3 ways I sweetened up my diet after dropping acid forming, inflammatory, addictive, processed SUGAR.
👉🏿 I added more fruit into my diet. When you stop a habit, usually our bodies will want to replace that habit with something else. Fruit is high in fiber, water and nutrients. Do you know that it is also really low in calories?
👉🏿 I replaced the processed sugar in my tea with honey or some homemade date paste. Did you know pure honey is medicinal in nature?
👉🏿 Lastly with the removal of processed sugar my mind was calmer and now I could rest more, be more mindful and actually taste the real flavours of different foods. Do you know that health is beyond your taste buds?
