I have tried many diets in the past like modified keto, juice diet and counting calories and immediately when I stopped the diet, I added back all the weight. Chichi introduced me to this coaching program of health and wellness and she challenged me to give it a try. I decided to give it a try for three months and see see the effects on my body. It has now been two months of trying out this lifestyle and I love it. I am not starving myself, I’m actually eating to my full and am not counting calories. I am no longer bloated and my energy levels have significantly increased. My clothes fit me much better (I’ve not yet weighed myself) and I feel soo much better. I love my food and one of the things that Chichi has helped me to do is to learn how to cook tasty healthy plant based foods. I have learnt how to use spices while cooking and I really enjoy my food. I actually don’t miss eating processed foods. I am currently 75% there and looking forward to what lies ahead..
